Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Canada:
- Orders under $75 CAD — $12.00 flat rate
- Orders $75 CAD and over — FREE shipping
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
United States:
- Orders under $100 CAD — calculated at checkout (starting from $7.90)
- Orders $100 CAD and over — FREE shipping
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
International (Europe & worldwide):
- Rates calculated at checkout via DHL Express or FedEx
- Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Yona's Health is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
